We first looked into Chris and his team at Klutch K9 a month after rescuing our small dog. Chris and Sasha are wonderful and I wish I could give them ten stars. I had a seven month old German Shepherd that wouldn't stop destroying everything in sight. Her puppy biting had gone on too long and was becoming more aggressive. I was totally overwhelmed by her behavior. I found Klutch K9 on Yelp and called because of the positive reviews. First, Chris came by to do an evaluation of Ayla and he took into account my goals, as well as the home setting. He let me know about my options and I decided put her in their six week board and train program. No pressure, no hard sell whatsoever. The board and train was the best decision I could have ever made. My dog came back a different dog and Chris has taught me how to be a different and better dog owner. She's crated and has a highly structured routine now. Klutch K9 came to my rescue when I needed help with my dog Boede. Chris and Sasha are amazing! They are a power-duo that took my stubborn 3 year old husky Boede in for the board and train program and returned a more stable and well mannered pup! Their open line of communication with daily updates, videos on Boede's progress, pro-training tidbits and one-on-one personal training sessions are the tip of the iceberg on their overall professionalism and awesomeness! My only regret is I didn't reach out to them sooner! I don't even know where to start because my dog has made so much progress with Chris! We started with group trainings and from the first session we noticed such a HUGE difference in my dogs behavior. My dog was reactive towards people and dogs. Chris not only provided us with great advice and techniques to help decrease the reactivity but he also provided us with the right tools. We also did 1 private lesson and again he shared so many techniques on how to improve my dogs food drive! Now, my dogs reactivity has decreased A LOT and she's also taking kibbles and treats on our walks which she did not do before training with Chris! We're still doing group trainings and can't wait to continue seeing my dogs progress. Both Chris and Sasha are super professional and respond in timely manner. I highly recommend Klutch K9!
